This inactivity can contribute to obesity, poor posture, eye strain, and even sleep problems. Blue light from screens can disrupt natural sleep patterns, leading to fatigue and poor academic.

3. Create screen-free zones, such as during meals or in the bedroom.


4. Be a role model by limiting your own screen use.


Choose quality content and co-watch with your child when possible.





While technology is an important part of modern life, it should not take over a child's world. Balanced screen use, combined with physical, social, and creative activities, is the key to raising happy, healthy, and well-rounded children. By setting boundaries and encouraging more real-world engagement, parents can help their children thrive both online and offline.
